Depending on where you train, you may find what you’re looking for here. Below you will find exercises that you can of course do in the gym or alternatively at home. The individual posts don’t just provide you with the exercise. no Of course, you will also receive important information on how to carry out the exercise. I will also explain which muscles are used in each exercise. Because the back really has a lot of muscles. And in addition i. i.e. R. also involved other muscles to pull through a movement.
