Endurance training | So you’re wondering how to train your endurance. Excellent! Because endurance training is simply explained here. On these pages you will already find articles that deal with how to train your endurance. I will also explain the basics of endurance training. In the near future I will of course publish more and more articles. The posts on “How to train endurance?” provide you with interesting contributions to the scientific background of endurance training, but simply explained.

We look at different methods that can be used to train endurance capacity. On the one hand, this involves classic practices such as the extensive or the intensive long-term method. On the other hand, relatively modern forms of training, such as high-intensity interval training or HIIT for short, are also discussed. In addition, we also take a closer look at the effects running & Co. can have on your body. So, how do the heart, lungs or the vascular system adapt to regular training, for example? This means that the posts in this category can help you to better understand the methodical, but also physiological basics behind endurance training. I will also help you to expand your understanding of what things can be considered when planning your training to improve your endurance performance.
