Strength programming | If how to become stronger is the question that interests you in general, then you’ve come to the right place! Because strength training is simply explained here. With the posts that you will find a little further down, I will inform you about how you can get stronger and/or improve your overall muscle performance in different areas.

In the articles we deal with how you can train your strength. That means I’ll explain the basics of strength training to you. A number of articles have already been published on this. And at the moment I’m also working flat out to provide you with new articles on the scientific background to strength training. ;) Little by little you can count on further contributions.

What can you learn from the posts here on How to Get Stronger? expect. Together we look at the different methods used in strength training. Not only the “well-known” representatives, such as classic strength endurance or hypertrophy training, are discussed, but of course also u. a. Methods for developing explosive strength or sport-specific training. I not only explain the theoretical background to you, but also give you practical recommendations for action. We also look at how different strength training methods affect your body. This means that the articles in this category can help you better understand the different strength training methods and the physiological effects of resistance training.
