Flexibility training | How can you become more flexible? That’s a really interesting question. And the answer can be quite complex. You can of course “simply” stretch. But classic stretching can only be one aspect when it comes to becoming more flexible. Especially since there are also different stretching methods. Flexibility training also deals with improving tissue quality of fascial structures.

What can you expect from the articles on “Become more flexible”? Of course, we’ll start with the basics of mobility training. It goes z. B. about different types of mobility or what factors limit mobility. In addition, we also look at relatively modern aspects of mobility training, such as working with the fascia roller.

The theoretical background plays a big role, but of course I will also give you tons of practical recommendations on how you can become more flexible. This means that exercises or general recommendations for action are of course included. Ultimately, you not only understand what constitutes mobility, what limitations there can be and much more, but you can also plan and carry out mobility training independently. :) Oh yeah, weight training can also help you get more flexible.
